Refund policy
Wicked Chicken Creations LLC does not currently offer refunds or returns for products sold. As such please make your selection carefully and deliberately. However, should we offer you a refund, the following policy applies, but should not be misconstrued as an all-encompassing refund policy for all goods sold by Wicked Chicken Creations LLC. Requests for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
No exchanges will be authorized except in the event you received the wrong product. Exchanges will only take place after the product has been returned in new condition allowing for resale of that product. Damages to any product returned via the exchange process will be asset and charged back to the customer.
Social Media Sales
Sales via social media marketplaces such as Facebook and Instagram will follow each specified social media sites return policies. This does not extend to customized or personalized products; all customized products will adhere to a no return policy due to the inability to resell the product once customized or personalized.
Forced Returns
A forced return is a any return shipped or received without prior authorization. In the event Wicked Chicken Creations LLC receives a forced return, this return will be refused by Wicked Chicken Creations LLC in all case. We will not take delivery of any unauthorized returns and assume no charges asset by any shipping carries in regards to these returns.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returnable items will be the responsibility of the consumer. We do not refund shipping cost in cash; shipping cost will be refunded to the card used during initial purchase without exception. Returned products should not create more costs for Wicked Chicken Creations LLC, and should be marked as a gift with no commercial value and by paying the shipping at origin,
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund in all cases.
Exchange Time Frame
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may very dependent upon your location. We will provide a tracking number to be able to check the progress of the shipment. Please check in and let us know once the exchanged item has been received.
Return Tracking
When a product is returned, use a trackable and verifiable shipping service. Services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx and verifiable and trackable services which could provide this service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot proceed before receiving said item. Taxes on the returned item have already been paid with the initial order, Therefore, it is important that your shipment is sent without Wicked Chicken Creations LLC incurring more cost. We cannot receive returned parcels that create either shipping costs or customs taxes.
Policy Timeframe
Since Wicked Chicken Creations LLC has a no return policy, there is no specified time frame to consider. However, in some instances we will authorize a return. At that time, a deadline will be set for the return of the original product. If that specified timeframe has pass and we have not received the original item, the offer to return the item will be retracted in all cases.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds
In below situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item with obvious signs of use.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds On Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
